NCAFF Rules:
The
2008
bylaws are available now.
1. Playing
Rules: [WE PLAY BY COLLEGE RULES
with SOME EXCEPTIONS!!!!]
2.
The college “overtime”
will be used . The NCAA Over-Time rule.
3.
The Federation High
School Blocking rule will be
enforced: Blocking below the waist only on the Line of Scrimmage
between the
tackles. Backs MAY NOT block AT ALL below the waist.
4.
The NFL Chuck Rule
enforced: 5-yard penalty and
automatic first down.

NCAFF Uniform Rules:
- The NFL Uniform rule will
be enforced:
- All helmets will be
PAINTED and Match in Color
- All Face Masks will match.
- Uniform’s will match
- Socks will be worn.
Colors MUST match.
- Players must wear Thigh
and Knee Pads. [Hip & Butt pads optional]* Required size of
kneepads is a MINIMUM of 3”x3” to cover the knee. Players not matching:
Opposing coach will have the option to allow a player to play. A $10.00
fine will assessed for each Occurrence.
- Coaches:
Will wear matching colored pants and shirts, The Head Coach will
allowed to
wear a different look as long as all colors match.
